Aral Sea documentary

The production of cotton in the Aral Sea region destroyed the natural balance through large quantities of pesticides applied to fields. This two part documentary shows a journalist traveling to the Voz Island within the Aral Sea, a place where biological weapons tests involving anthrax and other pathogens were performed until the early 1990's. The entire documentary can be found on Youtube, first part shows the circumstances currently present on the location as well as local population. Second part mostly deals with biologial testing and the negative effect on the environment.
